The Journey
We begin with radical presence and honest self-inquiry. Through NLP timeline work and a grounding body scan meditation, you'll meet the version of yourself who exists beyond “mama” — and lay the foundation for everything that follows.
A deep somatic exploration of energy merging — how it happens, why it feels like love, and how to be fully present with your children whilst remaining rooted in yourself. Includes a visualisation practice for energetic discernment.
We look back with open hearts and soft eyes. This week is held in deep compassion — for yourself, for your mother, and for her mother before her. We honour the life they lived and the love they gave in the only ways they knew how. Together we receive what was beautiful in their legacy, and gently release what no longer serves. Using trauma-informed memory work, we revisit and shift your perception of past memories — because when we change how we hold the past, we change what becomes possible in the present and future. This healing moves in all directions.
The heart of the program. NLP belief change work and somatic release are used to identify and dissolve the deep programming that made your worth conditional on your giving. This week we build the felt-sense of truth: you are enough.
Practical and energetic tools for creating time that is truly yours. We address the guilt narrative with NLP reframing and use somatic anchoring to help you drop into nourishment without apology. You'll co-create a self-care ritual that feels like coming home.
We close with vision and expansion. Using future-self work, guided meditation and values clarification, you begin to see and feel the fullness of who you are — a soul with many gifts and missions, one of which is the sacred work of mothering.
